MetroPCS Complaint
Lost my payment and suspended my service
I decided to get my credit card company involved in disputed the payments. My credit card company agreed with me, chargeback the payment to MetroPCS and gave me the money. MetroPCS response is to charge that to my account and suspend my service for non-payment.
After several months and several calls to customer service nothing has been done to find that money. As a resolution I would like MetroPCS to either find the money and credit my account or unlock my phone so that I can go to another carrier and hopefully have better luck.
