    I have been trying for a week to unlock a PCS phone and have been given NOTHING BUT RUN AROUNDS. I spoke with many service reps on the phone, most of which had horrible connection or could not speak understandable English.A ref ticket has again been submitted and I am to wait another 48 hrs for response. In the world of computers you know that with a key stroke they could unlock this phone...waiting is not going to make this angry redhead go away.   • Lost my payment and suspended my service

    In October 2016 I mailed my payment to Metro PCS to the po box they have listed as their billing department. That payment did not show up for two weeks and to keep my service active I called them and made a second payment. It is now January of 2017 and my first payment has still not been found. I decided to get my credit card company involved in disputed the payments. My credit card company agreed with me, chargeback the payment to MetroPCS and gave me the money.   • Lied to about sevice/phone and your customer service isn't worth mentioning!!

    BEFORE I began my cell phone service through Metropcs, I REPEATEDLY asked the in-store agent to check my zip code AND my physical address to be CERTAIN that my service would work in my area. I was REPEATEDLY assured that yes, my service would work JUST FINE. Within the short time that I had Metro pcs, I call customer service 6 TIMES because the phone DIDN'T WORK!!!   • phone/battery problem

    So I went to metro to tell them my phone was not charging right. In general first attempt they changed my battery and gave me a new one. The second time I went they told me that the phone was supposed to take 2 hours to charge. I'm pretty sure it didnt.   • Telephone system never let me speak to a representative; continually kicked me off!

    I was trying to pay my brother's phone bill due to him being in a horrible accident and being dependent on his phone. I attempted to pay via the automated system. The system took me through the entire spiel numerous times. Each time after keying in all the required numbers and codes including my credit card number, three digit code, and zip code it then kicked me off.   • MetroPCS Rebate Offer 49.95

    Someone else received my rebate. MetroPCS can see that someone used 43.00 of the rebate and these are not my charges on the card. The card was "stolen" and was allowed to be used by anyone else that received the card in their mailbox. It did not matter that my name was on the card, and they do not ask for information to activate the card. Therefore I consider their rebate offer as a complete scam because it did not matter that it was put in someone else's mailbox by mistake nor that the card had my name on it.   • Phone has been having problems

    I have a ZTE avid through metro. I was unaware that metro started riding the TMobile network,there service made cdma phones obsolete in certain areas. I was not informed I of this Until after the 30th plus call I had to make,plus the hour long trip I spent the last of my has to get to a store,just to find out it was because the service changed.     I was a MetroPCS customer and you wouldn't believe the mountain of grief they caused me.   • metropcs has no coverage in area they say

    Why does metropcs not help there customers with the problems they call in about?   • MetroPCS Sucks - Bad Misserable horrible Customer Service

    MetroPCS sucks horrible customer service. For over a week I argued, begged & pleaded at every level, 6 store reps, 6 online reps. In my opinion all of them incompetent and many rude. Autopay account deleted and recreate at least 4 times. Everyone keeps saying the same thing just go in and update to account info. The account was even verified by a Corporate Center supervisor.     Purchased Samsung Galaxy Indulge 4g on 7/30/11 from store location5335 n. military trail, west palm beach, fl, 33407. Plan was for unlimited text/calls/data. Had problems with phone screen going blank whenever I hit the number 3 or 1. Could not retrieve phone calls in my home without going outside. Even then, VERY poor reception and voices were garbled. Took phone back on 9/24 finally and paid $10 to get another on(under warranty and have full insurance plan. I was told I could have a bad antennae.
