Phone has been having problems - Zte avid to an lg optimus l9


I have a ZTE avid through metro. I was unaware that metro started riding the TMobile network,there service made cdma phones obsolete in certain areas. I was not informed I of this Until after the 30th plus call I had to make,plus the hour long trip I spent the last of my has to get to a store,just to find out it was because the service changed. The customer service guy refused to do anything to help us and my husband and I have been customers for five years now. He even refused to talk to us. I finally got ahold of another supervisor, and he mailed me a branches phone,that didn't even come in a new box and has no Sim card! I have to drive an hour just to go get a simcard for my phone! And to top it off my plan was changed from the sixty dollar plan to the dirty dollar plan twice, I didn't find out until I went into the store. I find this totally unacceptable, as the inconvience for me to have to travel an hour away for basically nothing! Everyone I have talked to cant help with the Sim card issue, or changing my plan. I even got told metro would pay my bill next month but they changed my plan for no reason! I paid sixty dollars for no reason, I would either like a full refund so I can go with another service provider or if you could fix the discard issue,I have an lg optimus l9 that needs the simcard,since I received it without one, the phone number is under 7062046382.,feel free to call,but I can't get into my voicemail,or some calls or texts,but you can email me at Ujamie77@gmail.com.
